This place is in a great, peaceful location, close to a grocery store and bus station, as well as transportation to nearby attractions, beaches.

The staff was excellent at all times. Its location was fantastic, really close to downtown and Hummingbird beach, bakery in one direction and the waterfalls. I came across Orlando's Restaurant & Bar, it was at a short distance from the hotel, offered nice shots.

The atmosphere is quiet with super-friendly and affable personnel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, equipped with an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and TV.

I gotta say, Frenz was a steal for the price! The room was clean, spacious, and had all the bells and whistles I needed. The location was spot on, with a local shop and bakery just minutes away. But the real star of the show was the staff - Valery and the neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me a taste of the authentic St. Lucian hospitality that you won't find at a fancy resort.

The breakfast could use a little more variety.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It's so convenient being close to both the downtown area and the soccer stadium. And for nature enthusiasts like me, it's the perfect basecamp as it's surrounded by all the incredible places you'd want to visit.

We loved the personalized touches at Frenz, like the hand-made furniture and the beautiful murals. the residential location provided a peaceful atmosphere, while still being close to the center of town and the beaches. the owner, Valery, and the housekeeper, Glenda, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the air conditioning was a bonus!

Great apartment, helpful owner, and convenient location! The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, with everything we needed for our holiday. The apartment had a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and spotless bathroom. The location was also perfect, especially if you plan on hiking the Pitons. The area was quiet and peaceful, and we even got an upgrade to a higher floor with a beautiful view. Plus, the owner helped us with car rental, making our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

That the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. And like anywhere in the Caribbean, you can expect to hear the sounds of roosters and dogs in the morning.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was located in a prime spot, right opposite a playing field, and quite close to the downtown area. Additionally, it was close to the places a nature enthusiast would want to visit, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the cleanliness of this place was spot on!

We were impressed by the well-appointed rooms, equipped with adapters for charging which was very thoughtful. the location of the guesthouse was in proximity to a small shop where we could purchase basic necessities and a short walk to the town center.

My recent stay at Frenz in Soufriere was absolutely fantastic. One specific situation that stood out to me was when a water pipe burst and we were left without water. However, the host acted swiftly and had the issue resolved in no time, even though it was already after 5pm. The prompt response and excellent service from the host truly impressed me.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the hot water in the shower being a bit too hot initially, the owner was in constant communication and helped us balance it correctly. His attentiveness and communication skills truly set this place apart from others.

Had a great time at this hotel over Christmas! The apartment was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful garden view from the patio. The AC and wifi were top-notch, and the host was beyond amazing. He provided fresh herbs for cooking and brought us delicious fruit from his garden every day. The location was perfect - quiet enough for a good night's sleep but still within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and ATM. Felt totally safe and welcomed here.

Sharing a bathroom, which I thought we would have to ourselves. But it was still clean and not a big deal for just one night.
